UpRaise is software as a service add-on for the Atlassian’s flagship product JIRA. Each subscriber’s applications are physically located on a server maintained by Clever Cloud (www.clever-cloud.com) in Europe region. Their data center takes care of power, network and backup services. Clever Cloud is responsible for provisioning, monitoring, and managing the servers. Direct support to UpRaise subscribers will be taken care of by the vendor organization Amoeboids Technologies (www.amoeboids.com).
Clever Cloud has optimized their servers for hosting Play based applications along with many others. Clever Cloud also take care of hot deployment on production thereby reducing the chances of service unavailability.
Access to the data centers is limited to authorized personnel only and is managed by Clever Cloud.
We store subscriber’s data in Clever Cloud’s Paris based servers.
People and Access
Our support team maintains access to the subscriber’s applications and data for the purposes of maintenance and support. This support team accesses hosted applications and data only for purposes of application health monitoring and performing system or application maintenance, and upon customer request via our support system. Within Amoeboids Technologies, only authorized personnel have access to application data.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own login information.
Amoeboids Technologies operations team monitors the UpRaise service 24×7 from operation centers in Pune, India.
Backups are created frequently and taken care of by Clever Cloud. Amoeboids Technologies operations team monitors the backups frequently.
We understand the importance of ensuring the privacy of our subscribers’ personally identifiable information and are obliged to use it for monitoring and support purposes only after a formal consent from them.
