Making the top goals transparent at an organizational level was a key obstacle for this organization, and using Jira for managing OKRs didn't help either. This resulted in a process that was extensively complex, and adoption became a big challenge.

UpRaise team collaborated with the partner organization to take the hirarchy view of Employee Success app a notch further, and support their aim of objectively measuring the progress of different teams. Now, they are working with UpRaise customer success team to integrate relevant data from Employee Success into their executive-level reporting dashboard.
